Rose Black is a family-run British Business based in the heart of Devon. Established in 2003 by Rhona Cabburn who is the creative force behind the brand designing and selecting each product personally. The Business was inspired by her love of rich fabrics and in particular the use of Velvet.
Shipping policy
For all customers resident within the United Kingdom, delivery is by courier providing a guaranteed next day delivery. We apply a flat rate charge for this service and all orders of £100 or more will be delivered FREE to the United Kingdom. Each item can be complimented by a bespoke gift bag and tissue paper.
We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days. International orders are generally received in 10 working days. Please bear in mind you are buying a hand made product produced in the UK.
You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
